WHOLESALE FACT SHEET
RECIPES - Each bottle of our Savannah Mixes comes with a small booklet featuring our favorite recipes. Savannah Mixes are delicious in a variety of recipes ranging from Hot Mulled Cider in the winter to refreshing Splashers in the summer. You can also use your imagination to create your own recipes. Seasonal recipe sheets (spring/summer, fall/winter) are available upon request.
MINIMUM ORDER - Our minimum order is $100. Products are ordered in case quantities only.
TERMS - Initial orders are shipped COD or are prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Net 30 days available after approval of credit application. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds. We reserve the right to reinstate COD or pre-pay terms based on payment history without notification.
SHIPPING - FOB Savannah, GA. We ship through UPS and FedEx Ground, and use freight lines for larger orders. If you order at least 7 cases of the large bottles at a time (any combination that totals at least 200 lbs.) UPS and FedEx Ground offers a multi-weight discount which can save 30-50% on shipping. For an even better shipping price order 10 or more cases and send by freight line, which is up to 50% cheaper than UPS/FedEx Ground regular pricing.
SHIPPING TIME - We usually ship within 1 day of receiving the order.
SEASONAL SHIPPING - During the holiday season, we will ship until the day before Christmas Eve. Even during the holiday season we ship usually within 48 hours. However, to save time and shipping cost, we do recommend that you anticipate your holiday needs and purchase ahead of time when possible. We have had a number of customers calling frantically to order after running out of products faster than expected.
SAMPLING - Sampling Savannah Mixes is the KEY to outstanding sales. We provide a gallon of free Savannah Mix (for sampling) and a freestanding sampling poster with your initial order of 4 cases. Thereafter, we will continue to provide a free Mix for sampling as needed with orders. Each gallon usually generates at least 16 cases of sales.
Two easy recipes for sampling are:
Hot Mulled Cider - Add 1/2 cup of Savannah Cinnamon Mix to 1/2 gallon of apple juice or cider and heat.
Terrific Whipped Toppings - Add 2 oz. (1/4 cup) of any flavor to 8 oz. thawed carton of whipped topping. Stir lightly. Sample with butter cookies, pound cake or fresh fruit.
Petite Treats Cookies & Savannah Squares - We provide one free sample per case. Additional bags may be purchased for $1.50 per 3 oz. bag at the time of purchase.
LOSS/ DAMAGES - Please inspect and count all your boxes upon delivery. If damaged, notify the shipper immediately. Make sure that the shipping agent has made an endorsement on the bill of lading of the nature and extent of damage and adds his signature. The shipper should also provide you with a Concealed Damage report when applicable. Save all cartons and packing material for shipper inspection and notify us of damage for replacement. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE - Our suggested retail price for the large (25 oz.) bottle of Savannah Mixes is $8.50 plus, $9.50 west of the Rockies. The Mixes sell great for this price and this provides fully $1.00 over keystone to purchase apple juice, sampling cups, whipped toppings, and other items you may use for sampling. Suggested retail price for the small bottle (12.7 oz.) of Savannah Mixes is $6.50 and $7.00 west of the Rockies. Heavenly Creations cookies have a suggested retail of $7.99 for the 7 oz. box and $4.50 for the 3 oz. box. Savannah Squares have a suggested retail price of $6.99 for the 8 oz. box and $3.99 for the 4 oz. box.
CO-OP ADVERTISING - Savannah Cinnamon and Cookie company will send you a free case of small Savannah Mix (your flavor choice) when you place an ad featuring Savannah Mixes. The promotion of Savannah Mixes must occupy at least 25% of the ad space, regardless of size. Mail in the ad and a copy of the invoice from the publication and we will ship you your free case with your next order (you pay only shipping charges). ONLY ONE FREE CASE PER QUARTER! This is a great opportunity to try our newer flavors. Camera ready ad slicks are available for those interested.
With your FIRST order of $300 or more (7 cases of large Savannah Mix) you can receive our Special:
