Praline Bread Pudding


Ingredients:
Directions:
Beat 2 eggs lightly; adding 1/4 cup Praline Mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir in a pint(16 oz.) scalded milk. Pour mixture over 2 cups bread cubes in a battered baking dish. Dot with 3 tablespoons of butter. Place the dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard is set. Garnish with toasted pecans.
