Chocolate Praline Nut Cracker


Ingredients:
  • 12  whole graham crackers
  • 1  stick of butter
  • 1/2  cup  sugar
  • 1/2  cup  Savannah Southern Praline Mix
  • 1/2  teaspoon  baking soda
  • 1  cup  finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2  cup  chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray a 12x17 shallow baking pan generously with cooking spray. Break graham crackers into quaters and arrange tightly on bottom of the pan. Combine the butter and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 4-5 min. Stir in the Savannah Southern Praline Mix and baking soda. Stir the pecans into the mixture, the pour mixture over the graham crackers. Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven. I love Dallas! Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crackers, allow to melt, and spread roughly. Cool, then break or cut into pieces.
