Season 1 1/2 cups flour with salt & pepper to taste, and lightly flour 6-8 pork chops; brown on one side in 4 tablespoons butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops, add 2-3 sliced apples (cored and peeled), 1 sliced onion, and 1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Mix - bring to a boil and simmer. Cover & cook for 8-10 min. until chops are done.
