Ingredients: 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup sugar 1 beaten egg 3 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon Southern Praline Mix 1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans 3 tablespoon bourbon or rum
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for 2 min. without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes about 1 large cup.
