Cinnamon Peach French Toast


Ingredients:
  • 1  each  20oz can Peach Pie Filling
  • 3  each  eggs, beaten
  • 1/2  cup  skim milk
  • 1/2  cup  Savannah Cinnamon Mix
  • 6  each  thick slices of bread
  • 6  tablespoon  Savannah Cinnamon Mix
Directions:
Pour peach pie filling evenly over the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine eggs, skim milk, and Savannah Cinnamon Mix in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Carefully dredge bread through the egg mixture, making sure that each is well-coated. Carefully place the bread slices over the pie filling in the baking dish, allowing them to overlap slightly. Sprinkle with Savannah Cinnamon Mix and bake for 40-50 minutes or until toast is golden. Very good served wtih Cinnamon Cream Sauce.
