1 large Vidalia Onion chopped into fairly large pieces
1/2 cup Savannah Southern Peach Mix
2 tablespoons butter
Melt the butter in a saute pan. Add the Savannah Southern Peach Mix and onions, stirring often until glazed and tender. Great served with chicken or pork! Plan on at least half an onion a person.
