Savannah Square Raspberry Crunch


Ingredients:
  • 6  cup  Rice Chex
  • 2  cup  walnut halves
  • 1/4  cup  butter
  • 1/2  cup  brown sugar
  • 1/2  cup  Southern Raspberry Mix
  • 1/2  teaspoon  baking soda
Directions:
Stir together Rice Chex cereal and walnut halves in a 13 X 9 pan. Melt butter, brown sugar and Southern Raspberry Mix. Heat until boiling; then, simmer for two minutes. Add baking soda and stir until foamy. Pour mixture over cereal and nuts and stir to coat well. Bake at 250 for one hour, stirring mixture once. Remove from oven and spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
