Scald two quarts of milk, stir in a cup of cornmeal until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup molasses, 1/2 cup Cinnamon Mix, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 cups of sweet apples (peeled, cored, sliced). Pour into a deep pudding dish and bake for 3 hours. Delicious with Cinnamon Cream topping (see recipe).
