Savannah Shore Shrimp


Ingredients:
Directions:
Peel 2 navel oranges and cut into bite size pieces. In a plastic bowl combine the orange pieces and the following ingredients: 1 1/2 peeled cooked shrimp, 1 cup frozen pearl onions (thawed), 1 tomato diced, 3/4 cup white or cider vinegar, 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup Southern Peach or Strawberry Mix, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon capers, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir ingredients togher lightly and refrigerate overnight. Serve shrimp on lettuce with frilly picks and sliced oranges to garnish.
