Savannah Shore Shrimp


Ingredients:
  • 2  each  Navel Oranges
  • 1.5  lb  Cooked Shrimp
  • 1  cup  Frozen Pearl Onions
  • 1  Tomato, diced
  • 3/4  cup  Vinegar
  • 1/3  cup  Oil
  • 1/3  cup  Southern Peach Mix
  • 1/4  cup  Ketchup
  • 1  tablespoon  Capers
  • 1  tablespoon  Chopped Parsley
  • 1  Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1  teaspoon  Sugar
  • 1  teaspoon  Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2  teaspoon  Celery Seeds
  • 1/2  teaspoon  Pepper
Directions:
Peel oranges and cut into bite size pieces. In a plastic bowl combine all the ingredients. Stir ingredients togher lightly and refrigerate overnight. Serve shrimp on lettuce with frilly picks and sliced oranges to garnish.
