Mix 1 part Raspberry Mix to 2 parts distilled vinegar. Whisk together 3 TBSP of this mixture with 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil. Try chopped fresh mint for added taste. Toss in a green salad. For a delightful gift, pour Raspberry vinegar (without oil) into a pretty bottle, add a fresh sprig of mint or other herb (like chives, oregano, basil or chervil), top with a ribbon and attach the above recipe! This is also delicious with our Southern Strawberry Mix!
