Fill a blender half full of crushed ice. Add 1 cup milk (low-fat or whole), 1/2 cup of your favorite Savannah Mix and blend until smooth. Also good with 1/3 cup frozen or fresh fruit added before blending. For an even healthier alternative, use low-fat yogurt instead fo milk.
