Ingredients: 1 each Bunch Spinach 4 each Strips of Bacon, crumbled 2 each Hard Boiled Eggs 1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms 1 each Small Purple Onion, Sliced 1/4 cup Southern Strawberry Mix 1/2 cup Vinegar 1 cup Olive Oil
Directions:
Tear cleaned bunch of spinach into bite size pieces. Top spinach with bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms and onion. In a jar with lid combine Southern Strawberry Mix with vinegar and olive oil. Shake to combine. Add dressing to salad and toss lightly.
