No Berry Blackberry Cobbler


Ingredients:
  • 20  ounce  Can, Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 8  tablespoon  Melted Butter
  • 3/4  cup  Finely Chopped Pecans
  • 1  cup  Southern Blackberry Mix
  • 18.25  ounce  Box, Dry Yellow Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 12  ounce  Cool Whip (Flavored to taste with Southern Blackberry Mix)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a greased 9 X 13 baking dish, spread the drained pineapple to cover bottom; stir in Southern Blackberry Mix. Evenly spread dry yellow cake mix over top of fruit mixture; drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 325 for 30 - 35 minutes, until brown. Serve with a dollop of flavored whipped topping.
