Praline Bread Pudding


Ingredients:
  • 2  each  eggs
  • 1/4  cup  Southern Praline Mix
  • 1/2  cup  Brown Sugar
  • 1/2  teaspoon  Salt
  • 1  pint  Milk, scalded
  • 2  cup  Bread, cubed
  • 3  tablespoon  Butter
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly. Add Southern Praline Mix, brown sugar and salt. Stir in scalded milk. Place bread cubes in a baking dish. Pour mixture over bread cubes. Dot with 3 tablespoons of butter. Place the dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard is set.
