Almond Joy Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 2  tablespoon  Cornstarch
  • 1/2  cup  Southern Almond Mix
  • 24  Large Marshmallows
Directions:
Bake a Duncan Hiness Devil's Food cake in two round cake pans according to package directions. While cake is cooling, combine the following in a saucepan: 1 cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup Savannah Southern Almond Mix Then add: 24 large marshmallows Cook mixture on low until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly. Then stir in: One 14-ounce bag of flaked coconut 1 cup silvered, toasted almonds Spread mixture on top of first layer, top with the second layer, and frost entire cake with chocolate frosting.
